Private workspace for preparing an advisor introduction
What the Match Flow Collects

What Capivise asks and what you should keep private.

The match flow asks about your situation, timing, priorities, and the help you want. It does not ask you to upload financial records or reveal account details.

What Capivise asks

  • The financial event or decision that brought you here, such as a business sale, property sale, equity event, inheritance, settlement, or second opinion.
  • Your state, general timing, broad dollar range, current professional team, priorities, and the type of advisor help you want to explore.
  • Your name, email address, mobile number, and permission to use the profile for an introduction request.

What should stay private

  • Account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, login credentials, and payment card details.
  • Tax returns, brokerage statements, private legal documents, settlement files, medical information, and confidential business records.
  • Exact holdings or exact portfolio values are not required for the public match profile.

How your answers are used

  • Capivise reviews your answers to understand the situation and look for a participating advisor with relevant experience.
  • If you request an introduction, the submitted profile and contact details may be shared with selected independent financial professionals for that introduction.
  • The profile is not an investment recommendation, financial plan, tax calculation, or prediction of advisor performance.

Before you submit

  • You can review your answers before submitting an introduction request.
  • You decide whether to speak with, verify, or hire any advisor.
  • After an introduction, ask the advisor how they protect information before sending documents or account details.
